20+ years shop experience in precision metal fabrication and machining with emphasis on problem solving and prototype work.
- 5 years in shop management and process control.
- Achieved Journey Level Sheet Metal Mechanic status in 1996 after four years of training with the Central Texas Manufacturing and Machining Association.
- Completed 2 semesters of Blueprint Interpretation and Geometric Tolerancing.
- Proficient in Contract Negotiations and partnering with customers to provide services aimed at making the manufacturing process a profitable situation for both parties.
- Familiar with military and government requirements and necessary paperwork required for the delivery of these items.
